Item 1 Welcome and Apologies
Chair Allan Fels welcomed Commissioners and staff.
Item 2 Preliminaries
The Register of Interests was tabled.
The Minutes of the Melbourne Commission meeting on 10 November 2014 were APPROVED. Actions arising from the meeting were noted.
Item 3 Commissioner, CEO & Projects Update
3.1 CEO Update
CEO David Butt provided a verbal update on progress in relation to the Review Final Report. He also advised the meeting that the Minister has proposed to extend the appointments of the Commissioners and CEO and has written to the Prime Minister seeking agreement.
Note: subsequent to this meeting appointments were extended to 31 December 2015.
3.2, 2.3 and 3.4 Review – Final Report Draft
The Commissioners DISCUSSED and AGREED on the approach for the report structure, Volume 1 immediate priorities and recommendations, and findings, directions and approach for Volume 2.

There was no other business.
The meeting closed at 3.30pm.
Next meeting
The next meeting will be held 25 November 2014 to finalise and agree the Review Final Report; to be conducted via tele-presence or tele-conference.
