Item 1 Welcome and Apologies
The chair welcomed attendees to the meeting. There were apologies noted from Commissioners Rob Knowles and Pat Dudgeon.

Item 2 Preliminaries 
The Register of Interests document circulated and Commissioners were asked to update. 

The draft Minutes of the Commission Meeting held 22-23 May 2014 were APPROVED.

Item 3 Commissioner, CEO & Projects Update
The Director Policy, Strategy and Projects updated the Commissioners on the progress of the National Contributing Life Survey project and the Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance Literature Review release. Commissioners NOTED and DISCUSSED the progress made and the plan to release the Literature Review.

Item 4 Interim Report
Commissioners DISCUSSED and NOTED the approach of the Interim Report.

Day 2

The Review team joined the meeting.

Item 5 Future role for the Commission
This Item was deferred.

Item 6 Interim Report – key considerations
Commissioners DISCUSSED and NOTED the Key considerations.

Next Meeting:
The next meeting will be held 20 and 21 August 2014 in Sydney.
