The National Mental Health Commission wants to deepen the conversation around digital technologies and mental health so that we can better understand what components of technology are helpful or harmful. Where digital technologies simultaneously present opportunities and challenges, we hope to develop recommendations that maximise potential benefits and minimise potential harms for young people.
