The Mentally Healthy Hybrid Work series

If you are a leader or manager, or are responsible for organisational policy, follow these guides on how organisations can thrive using hybrid work.

Many organisations in Australia currently use forms of hybrid work that were established during COVID-19 and have grown organically. Hybrid work can deliver may benefits such as improved work–life balance, but it can also create some new challenges.

The Mentally Healthy Hybrid Work series shares insights to support organisations to thrive using hybrid work arrangements.

The two guides in the series provide:

  • Guide 1 - an overview of 5 hybrid work models and key considerations for each to help organisations identify an approach that best suits their circumstances.
  • Guide 2 - some overarching principles to help establish and design quality hybrid work.

Each guide is also supported by a 2-page quick reference summary available in English, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Greek, Korean and Vietnamese.

The series was developed through the National Workplace Initiative.
